Several hours pass in which they dream their separate dreams. This really is a better arrangement for Azwel, as he doesn't stir at all. He seems so very calm and relaxed.
Eventually, however, his eyes do flick open. He yawns and stretches. Oh, that was a nice little nap. He snuggles up behind Rip again, one hand toying with a lock of her hair. He can't bring himself to wake her up, not when she seems so peaceful.
